Reuben Spring Roll

Description

The great American classic sandwich, the reuben, was invented by Reuben Kulakofsky in 1925 at Omaha’s Blackstone Hotel. A local grocer, Reuben threw together the sandwich while entertaining a group of late night poker players. One of the players enjoyed the sandwich so much, he added it to his menu, and the rest is history. Our Reuben spring rolls combine the classic flavors of corn beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut, topped with caraway seeds, and tightly wrapped in a crunchy spring roll.
