Description
Traditional to Brazilian gauchos, churrasco is a tender juicy cut of skirt steak that is then topped with chimichurri sauce. The gauchos were nomadic horseback riders, similar to cowboys of the wild west, and would roast the meat on skewers over open flame bringing out natural flavors and juices. The addition of fresh, grassy chimichurri sauce from Argentina catapulted this Brazilian favorite into the global spotlight. We combined these traditional flavors from South America into an easy to snack on kabob, and topped it with an 8 year old Jerez sherry. Delicious!
