Named after the cylindrical clay oven in which it is cooked in, tandoori chicken is one of the mainstays in aromatic Indian cuisine. Attributed to Kundan Lal Gujral from Delhi, the dish quickly spread throughout South Asia, notorious for its deep red coloring and tasty smoky flavor. We’ve combined this Indian recipe with Indonesia’s love for skewering meat, thus creating the Tandoori chicken satay.

Cooking Instructions

Best on the grill – cook from thawed 3-5 minutes per side. Convection oven- cook from frozen at 350℉ for 15 minutes.
