Description

90 miles off the coast of Florida, Cuba was a Spanish colony influenced by its island location and tropical climate. Its classic recipes come mainly from Spanish cuisine, but are also blended with indigenous Taino foods, as well as flavors from Africa and other Caribbean Islands. This spring roll combines the flavors of slow roasted Cuban style pork with creamy, salty Oaxacan cheese wrapped tightly in a crunchy spring roll.
