Description

These cajun treats can be attributed to the late Louisanna master chef Paul Prudhomme. A classic creole recipe, these crab cakes combine the Maryland style crab cakes with cajun seasoning, and the addition of wild gulf shrimp and andouille sausage.

Cooking Instructions

Do not thaw – cook from frozen. Can be fried from frozen for 45 seconds and finished in oven or bake from frozen at 375℉ for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
