Description

Created for the Duke of Wellington, Arthur Wellesley after his victory at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815, the Wellington consists of a protein, normally beef tenderloin, wrapped in layers of pate, duxelles, ham, and then a puff pastry. We have taken this commemorative recipe a step further by adding delicate dollop of blue cheese! Delicious!

Cooking Instructions

Do not thaw – cook from frozen. Use a parchment lined metal baking tray. Preheat oven to 400℉. Leave 1 inch space between each piece. Wait for a deep golden brown color – about 12-15 minutes.
