We ship Monday through Thursday, pricing is based off of live UPS rates.

We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

NOTE: Products ordered together may be shipped separately. Please advise when ordering if it is important that all items ship together.

When Your Order Arrives:

  1. Check shipment for dry ice. If the ice has evaporated but the product is still cold, it is good. If dry ice still remains, leave it in the packaging and handle with caution. Warning: Dry ice can damage furnishings or surfaces if left for periods of time, for which we have no liability.
  2. Confirm your order is correct. Check that the items in your package match the items from your package slip. If there is an issue, contact customer service at paulsenfoodsorders@gmail.com during business hours. Do not dispose of items items until you have spoken with customer service.
  3. Transfer to Freezer. All items should be stored in a freezer below 32℉ until you are ready to prepare them. Please read all cooking instructions to assure perfect quality.
